Food so good, it could be in the children's books!

Have I told you that we are a part of a little group of farmers in our region that make agricultural products under the same name, called Eventyrsmak, or "Fairy tale Food" in English?

Tomorrow is our yearly meeting, and I just thought that I might not have told you. Look at these cool pictures we took last summer for our brochures! We look like cool farmers, huh? I love them!

There's a huge variety in the group, from herb growers for tea and spices, to animal and milk producers for meat and cheese, to vegetables, honey, jam from berries, and all sorts of things!

We all share the same vision of good quality, locally produced food. It's so important in today's world of mass-produced everything. With respect and honor for the old ways and appreciation for the new, I feel that we truly represent the soul of Norway in what we do.

Happy, free-range outdoor chickens make amazing eggs.

About half of us were able to come for the photoshoot. It's good to stand together, like colleagues. To be able to share knowledge and passion, and to produce the best foods possible! :)

Do you recognize my brother, Ole Gunnar, and his girlfriend, Linn, in the picture?
